what happened in my marrage is the least of my worries....
and... shes getting the kids.. i'm not going to kick my children out of my house.. and... I dont have the money to force her out.. she cant force me out either.. so.... she just makes my life miserble...
i'm actuallly physically sick....

And I wasn't saying that you should kick your kids out, but rather take custody and kick her out.
These problems are temporary at best. First, you don't live w/ your parents....yet.

It takes money to do that.... which I dont have...
and more importantly... It takes... strength.. which.. I dont have either...

Your pending ex is still living with you?...I was under under the assumption this was settled already after the divorce proceedings. This is NOT a good situation...I would get an apartment for the sake of your own mental health and for your children's well being until this is settled. Kids at that age are more perceptive than most of us give them credit for.

I dont have the money for an appartment... I'm still responsible in the banks eyes for the house.. and the car... even though... I'm not gonna have either....
the house is getting sold.. that will pay off the car.. and up until now... I was gonna be nice.. and give her the car for the kids sake.. I'm rethinking my generosity....
point being.. no money.. no apartment...
