In a nutshell a guy, not a friend of, or on bensons boat, backed up his claim.
He said that he saw Benson cuffed and being taken on land, the cops stopped, kicked out his legs from under him, carried him some further distance, and then pepper sprayed him. He said Benson 2x's asked that they not use the pepper spray.
BTW asked a friend of mine, that works for a prosecutor, if pepper spray can make you look like Benson did, he said it can and he's seen worse.
Might be looking like Benson side might be a little more on the right side of this.

If the O line is as "fixed" as everyone says it is, I expect him to be back to 4+ yards.
Urls, I have to agree with your statement. It doesn't hurt any different across racial lines in terms of police treatment. Racial profiling is wrong, and is still something which is lingering from the days of the Black Codes and the Jim Crow Laws.
I don't profess to be an apologist for some of the extreme measures that activists like Jesse Jackson or "slick" Al Sharpton have taken. I do, however, believe that there are a lot of measures that could taken which are simply common sense. If by dent of racial profiling, you were simply implying that a sociological study was being conducted to determine which ethnicities tended to wind up arrested, regardless of the crime, that might contain a grain of merit. If racial profiling is utilized for some other dubious measure, such as influencing the decision of some cop to arrested a black individual for a simple traffic violation or even worse, warranting violent behavior, I don't for one minute doubt for one moment that it is wrong.
