Um, buddy, there's no way in hell I would vote for you for either. The best members of this site are the ones who contribute original ideas and don't act like a clown. So far, I've seen you spam two forums: the Cubs forum and my Yankees forum. I don't appreciate that, and I don't appreciate your blatant disregard for the other people on this site who have contributed and made it a pleasure to visit everyday.

Gotta agree with what my friend said, bragging does'nt get you anywhere and thinking that things will just be given to you without them being earned is'nt very smart either. There are members who have been on this messageboard alot longer that deserve more consideration for both the member of the month & rookie of the month awards and then they dont have to brag and beg for them to get votes.

I can't stand the Yankmees, either, but I'm not strictly a Chi-town Grrl. The Bears are the ONLY Chicago team that's worth a damn imo. Other than that, I'm a Michigan Home Grrl (Pistons, Red Wings, Tigers and the Wolverines)!

You are aware of the awards process and how it works, so you know this thread isn't getting him anywhere with that. Once you accept that, it's easy to see the humor in his post. Something tells me he knows he won't win both of those awards, he knows his woo woo's get under some people's skin & he likes "making the monkey dance". Don't let him make you into a monkey.
