I want to change my avatar (RED WINGS) and I have them posted on Photobucket. There are 4 different codes listed under each pic. Which one do I use? There's an Im/Email code, IMG code, http code and another one ( I can't think of right now). Neither is specifically named an 'URL' code (as the avatar changing function requests).
The upload function isn't do-able for me, because I'm using a public computer and can't save anything to it.
By the time I get an answer, my Red Wings would've won the Cup already....

Urls....if the site where your avatar is wants a url, then you can use the img code. I believe. If that doesn't work for some reason, simply right click on the image in photobucket and go to properties. Highlight the web address of the image and then copy (right click, copy). Close the properties window and then paste the address in the url area to change your avatar.
No dice. I tried all four codes and keep getting either the "Invalid Code" or "Invalid File" error messages. What's odd is the current avatar I have is hosted at my Photobucket account.
Nevermind. I changed my user title to reflect my Red Wings love.

No. I've used it before. I uploaded it from my pc last time. There's no 'right clicking' on the ATL's pub pcs. It's something they've disabled or something.

If you wish to use it for an avatar, go to your avatar edit page. Hit the browse button on that page. It should upload and resize it just fine.
The main thing, did you go to the avatar settings page?
Yes, I went to the av page. I can't use the browse function on a public computer, because we can't save anything to it's harddrive. I was trying to do it via my photobucket account.
Nevermind, lol! None of the options given are working.
