Grossman has a stronger arm, and is more accurate. But he takes alot more chances so he makes alot more mistakes, but he scores alot of points
Orton is more careful with the ball, he takes less chances when throwing, so less chance at a turn over. But he wont score you as many points. Plus he doesnt have a strong arm.
