I can dig it - good point. What concerns me to an extent is the loss of key talent on our special teams. With guys like Ayanbadejo gone and the liklihood that personnel like Israel Idonije will see a more featured role on defense - Will our cover team... Be able to cover? I hope so and I am confident in Dave Toub's ability to develop talented specialists.
Do you remember when Wanny would have his post-game slam session for anyone named Todd... LOL? Typically it was Todd Perry and Todd Sauerbrun. I remember something along the lines of "Todd's a veteran. He knows better. Daaahht... He outkicked the coverage again."
Anywho... I don't mean to come across as anti-Gould. He's been a steal. I've just been so very disappointed in our offseason that it's upsetting that this unfortunately ranks as big news for us.
